I, the artist, retain full rights/credit to the original artwork. The client can't claim any commissioned work as their own creation.

I, the artist retain the right to use commissions as examples and show them to potential clients. (Clients may request to have their commissions be private).

Artwork can be commissioned for commercial use with a fee included for commercial art rights.(The fee will be %50 of the intial price of their commission). This fee will cover any usage of my artwork in streaming platforms, merch, advertisment, videoplatforms, and games. If anyone is unclear what other media is included please ask beforehand.

Commissioned artworks (commercial or personal usage) may not be used to advertise, encourage, or support hate or discrimination to any groups based on age, race, ethnicity, ability or disability, gender and/or sexual/romantic orientation, appearance, or religion.

Only the client may repost wherever they want, as long as proper credit is given back to me. Proper credit includes my original watermark/signature remaining on the reposted work and my social media/(or)links provided with the reposted work in some form.

Watermarks/signatures may not be removed. Clients may request for them to be less evasive but not erased.

My artwork may be referenced for poses, colours, or concept. My artwork may not be altered, traced, copied/stolen.

Artwork by me, may never be used for NFT activities. This includes advertising or endorsing NFTs/ NFT sales as well as using as NFTs.

Artwork commissioned by me, may never be used for AI technology. It may not be used to train, advertise, endorse, or otherwise benefit AI technology in any capacity.

Commissioned artwork may not be heavily edited by anyone except for me, the artist.

If you do not fully agree to these terms please don't commission me.

Will draw; Female, male, etc. Humans/humanoids. (no furries or anthros)

The client will pay after the lineart and flat colour point. (Using paypal invoice or ko-fi, open to other options besides direct banking or something that feels sketchy)

Refunds will be dependent on the stage of the commission. Sketch/lineart = 100% // Lineart/flat colours = 80% // Shading = 60% (no negotiating).

Turn around time can vary, but if you are unhappy with the length it is taking (and a majority of the art process is completed), we can come to a compromise and adjust the amount paid relative to the amount of art completed.

Payments will be done through paypal/USD preferrably. Payments will also be through paypal invoices.

I will ask if you have a pose or reference in mind for your commission, this is optional and may be left for me to decide. (Character personalities help).

The artist has the right to cancel/refund the commission for any reason/without explanation at anytime. If the artist is unable to complete the commission then the client will receive a full refund.
